3 more Sony Ericsson phones for Project Capuchin

Sony Ericsson recently announced 3 more new phones supporting Project Capuchin, taking the total number of handsets to six. This is great because it only means more handsets available for developers to exploit the strengths of Java ME and Flash Lite to create compelling content for distribution.

The new phones include -
the C510 Cyber-shot
the W508 Walkman
the W715 Walkman
in addition to the older C905 Cyber-shot, G705 and the W705 Walkman phones.

Also, according to their latest press release, Sony Ericsson’s Cyber-shot series have sold 32 million phones worldwide and this includes the Project Capuchin enabled C905 Cyber-shot.
